Without knowing what they say to each other I can't tell you. There's a line between friends and more then or wanting to be more then friends, but you're too vague for me to know which she is. It's pretty easy to spot if you know what to look for.
Also it's not "is she allowed to be like that?" The question to you is "How much are you willing to put up with?" Should your feelings, opinions and heart be put aside? Should what you feel is wrong be shoved under the rug? Depends on the type of guy you are. :)

Um...she's saying she loves him more then you and "he has become more than a friend in my heart" means she loves him. I mean...man...I'm so sorry...damn... There's just no other way to put it. She's hot for him and thinks of him more highly then you. Damn...I feel like crap for saying it, but you don't write stuff like that about "just a friend" OR let guys say "I love you baby" unless they are your boyfriend. Damn...

hmm.. this is hard but yea, I'm not exactly in a position to tell you want to do but I can tell you that she prolly is keeping you as a spare just incase if things does not work out between him and her. And probably if you can still stand her behaviour, wait for something to happen, like Katrina said.

I think what she is doing to you is really cruel. Here she is, she's supposed to be with you, but she just flaunts this "special" relationship with this other guy? That's not fair. Especially when she's doing it in front of the whole world and she knows you're going to read it. I would dump her, fast. She can't pretend like she's an unknowing victim (why are you dumping me, I don't get it!) because you could just say, "You know why." And she would know why. I wouldn't say, "I'm leaving you, you bitch!" but I would say, "It's obvious that you like this other guy, and I'm not the kind of guy who will settle for second place. I deserve better than that." then that will give her a chance if she wants to tell you something revealing, like, "but he's gay!" but it will also be a good intro to saying, "So therefore I'm going to dump you, bitch, cause I'm better than that." And then you can play that song by Eamon, "I don't want you back."

I... hope you don't hate me for this, but I'm going to be blunt, cos I think that's the type of advice you need about now...
She's not worth it.
She's not worth your love, your time, your affection. If she really did love you, those 'nickDEWOLFE's would be replaced by your name.
Love him more than she loves life? Dude, that's some serious love there... And if she's not even mature enough to let you know herself that her feelings have blatantly changed, then she's extremely selfish and also pretty heartless, but this could also be her way of telling you that she doesn't love you anymore...?
I know you probably love her more than I could ever know or make an attempt at realising, but she is honestly not worth it... those words aren't words you should be saying to a best friend.
Okay the 'I love you babyyy' stuff is okay and plausible cos I do that with my best friends, but the whole "love him more than life itself", "finding an apartment together"... that's crossing the line.
No girlfriend who seriously cares for her bf would go on about the guy that much either and even if they did she'd make sure that she doesn't cross the line and make sure that her bf still knows that her heart is with him. There's 'trying to make your bf jealous', and then there's plain 'i love someone else'.
I don't know what she's trying to accomplish, but I don't think she's worth it, and if you can give so much love, time, effort and devotion, you deserve someone much better; someone who'll give those right back...
Okay er... bell's gone, I gotta get back to class... I'll continue my point later... =3
But anyways, if you really, really want it to work, you can try talking to her about it, after all, communication is the most important thing in a relationship, or give her some more time, it might just be a phase for her, but I don't know... =/

While Kuri's right, when you get a boyfriend/girlfriend you don't say "I love you baby" to anyone. I used to do that too until I got a boyfriend. It's one of the few playful things I stopped because the meaning becomes different for you.

Well, I've never been in a relationship before so I'm not exactly sure how to handle this sort of thing. Tell her what's bothering you, maybe? She might be trying to make you jealous, if she thinks you don't pay her enough attention. I dunno.

Craziness! Either wait a bit and see how it goes, talk to her and tell her you don't appreciate it, and then see how it goes, or tell her now that you can't trust her and thus it's over?
